Merchandise (sale item excluded) may be exchanged / returned within 7 working days. Items must be exchanged / returned in NEW (unused, unwashed) condition and may be exchanged for similar items of a different size, or for another item or a same value or less. In the event of exchanges / refundable made, we regret that courier charges will be borne by the customer, and that the original delivery charges are non-refundable. In order to get a refund, your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
